For the last 25 years, he’s run Direct Effect Management and been an active Partner of Kennedy-Cromwell Associates.

The strategies and programs for clients have spanned a variety of industries including Advertising, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Health Care, Health Insurance, Non-Profit, Publishing, Retail, Telecommunications, and Utilities. By definition, those strategies and programs must offer a ‘direct effect’ to clients and their customers and prospects by providing financially responsible and actionable, accountable solutions.
